The most frequently asked questions to Onehappycard

1. Where can I enter my personal message?

On the checkout page, you can write your personal message for your loved one, family member or friend. We will then make sure your message appears on the inside of the greeting card.

2. At what time of day will my order be delivered?

We deliver as early in the day as possible, so that the recipient can enjoy his or her greeting card for as long as possible. Moreover, the recipient can still thank you then, taking into account the time difference with the Netherlands.

3. On what days do you deliver?

We deliver basically any day of the year. If you place an order in our webshop, you can choose your desired date in the online calendar. Is your desired date not listed? Then unfortunately it is not available. In that case, look for another date.

4. Where does Onehappycard deliver?

We deliver to all of Aruba. Whether you want your greeting card delivered to a hotel, resort, Airbnb, hospital, work or private addresses, we'll take care of it! And we'll do it all on your preferred date in Aruba!

5. Can I still order for today?

Email us at onehappycard@gmail.com. Much is often still possible by mutual agreement! Greeting cards, helium balloons, flowers or drinks can usually be delivered on short notice.

6. I don't know what I want to give as a gift. Do you have any tips or suggestions?

Under the product category "Gift Package" you can create your own gift package. Take a look right away!

7. Can I order a gift that is not on the website?

A lot is possible by mutual agreement, but keep in mind that our assortment is leading. Feel free to send an e-mail to onehappycard@gmail.com

8. Where can I write a review or a review?

When your order is delivered you will receive an email about it. In that email is also the link to a review. It may take a while before your review is online. Thanks in advance for your efforts!

9. Are you not satisfied or want to file a complaint?

Email onehappycard@gmail.com and indicate which order/products are involved. We will contact you as soon as possible to assist you.

10. Why is Onehappycard located in Estonia?

Onehappycard is registered as a company in Estonia. This may sound a little crazy, but the KVK in Aruba requires that you be born in Aruba. And I wasn't. In fact, I was born in the Netherlands. I also tried to register Onehappycard in the Netherlands, but unfortunately you have to have business activities in the Netherlands and I don't have that. So the only solution was to register my company in Estonia. This means that I pay taxes for Onehappycard in Estonia, while all deliveries take place in Aruba.

11. What about returns and warranty?

We want everyone to be happy with their surprise. Please email onehappycard@gmail.com if you are not happy with your gift. Together we will look for a solution.

12. Can you also order from Onehappycard as a company?

You certainly can! After checkout, you will automatically receive an invoice. If you want to place a large order as a company, please contact me. A lot is possible.

13. How can I pay at Onehappycard?

You can pay online with iDEAL or VISA. The currency is EURO, USD or AWG.
