Return and Warranty Terms and Conditions - One Happy Card

At One Happy Card, we do our best to deliver every order beautifully, carefully and on time. Still, sometimes things can go wrong. We learn from every situation and improve our offerings as needed. Do you have any questions or complaints? Email us at onehappycard@gmail.com

Greeting Cards

- No returns or warranty available. Because the text is personalized on the inside, a greeting card is excluded from return.

- Changing text is only possible if the card has not yet been made. Please contact us a.s.a.p. via email to check.

- No text entered? If no text is entered and you do not respond to our e-mail, we are forced to send an empty card or come up with a neutral text ourselves.

- Delivery is via mailbox. We do not ring the doorbell. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the recipient.

- If the address does not have a mailbox, we will deliver at the door or in a dry place.

Flowers

- Our flowers come from florist Flora.

- Guarantee is 24 hours: Flowers should be placed directly on water and in shade.

- Not satisfied? Mail within 24 hours.

- If Flora is sold out, we provide a gift certificate worth the original product (this rarely happens).

Balloons

- Filled with helium and last at least 24 hours.

- Does the balloon collapse within 24 hours? We will deliver a new one by arrangement.

- Balloons should not be left in the sun or outdoors.

- Not satisfied? Email us with photo and description.

Gift Certificates

- We are only responsible for delivering the coupons.

- Trouble redeeming? Contact the company listed on the gift certificate.

- Of course, you may email us, but we will refer you.

Beverages

- Always unopened and gift-wrapped.

- In case of problems, please contact by mail.

Breakfast

- Delivered by our partner Champy Company.

- One Happy Card is only responsible for providing the date and address.

- Having problems? Contact info@champycompany.com directly.

- We cannot be held liable for performance.

Gift packages

- These consist of a combination of products.

- Warranty terms apply by product, see categories above.



Delivery

Date & Time

- We deliver on the desired date, not at a specific time.

- You may provide a time preference, but there is no guarantee on this.

 

Wrong address

- Is the address not correct? Then we will take the package back.

- We will contact you by email and deliver to the correct address at an additional cost of €6.95.

- The customer is responsible for the correct address.

 

No one home

- If no one is home, we try to hide the order as best we can, such as in the shade or near the door.

- Flowers are always put on water.

- Is there really nowhere to leave it? Then we'll take it back with us.

- We deliver again on a subsequent delivery day for an additional €6.95.

Delivery confirmation

- You will automatically receive an email once your order has been delivered.

- Don't hear from the recipient? Ask him/her first if it is in the mailbox or in a hiding place.

- Please note that many addresses do not have a doorbell, a locked gate or only a mailbox. Please take this into account.

About complaints and reviews

- If you first post a negative review and only then email us, we can no longer provide a guarantee. 

- We think it's fair that you give us a chance to resolve it first.
