Very nice to be able to get a card or something else like flowers delivered to Aruba from the Netherlands. With a very personal touch from Sabine.
The website could be a little more user-friendly especially when it comes to the desired text in the map.
But Sabine makes up for everything if you approach her personally.

For many years I have been ordering here. It is so nice to know that on special days a nice surprise can be delivered. Super nice that gift certificates can now be given.
I did not know what flowers would be delivered and how big but fortunately the 50 euros was a normal size bouquet.
With roses and sunflowers for Mother's Day. But the point was that the recipient was happy and she is very happy me with it. That's what it's all about.

Disappointing delivery and unreachable partner facial.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Through this email, we would like to make a complaint about a gift we arranged through your company in April.
It involved a [description of the gift, e.g., "gift certificate including a head massage at a partner company"]. When ordering, we assumed that the gift would be delivered in time for the recipient's birthday. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed, so the birthday person did not receive the gift in her mailbox until the day after her birthday. This was already disappointing.
However, the situation has continued to deteriorate. To date, the recipient of the gift has been unable to get in touch with the company where the head massage was to take place. She has already visited three times, sent several emails and made contact by phone, but to no avail. This is extremely disappointing and puts us in a very uncomfortable position.
We are very dissatisfied with the course of events. We are deeply sorry that we gave this gift, as it now appears that an essential part of it does not exist or is not redeemable. This damages our reputation towards the recipient.
Therefore, we are done with this situation and demand a full refund of our money for the purchase of this gift.
